Trainee– Call CentreWe are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Call Centre team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to Life and Health insurance inquiries.Follow up on customer calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with other departments when required.Requirements:Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/Ls).Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (spoken and written).Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage.Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Willingness and ability to work on a shift basis, including weekends.School leavers and those seeking internship opportunities are warmly encouraged to apply.Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo and surrounding suburbs.
