This internship is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering hands-on experience in Business Development - Field Development).Join us on our exciting journey and contribute to making a lasting difference to our planetResponsibilitiesYou will support, within the framework of greenfield projects, the administration and management of obligations arising from agreements and the legal securing of leased lands for solar and wind power plants, as well as lands required for power line easementsYou will use land management tools to parameterize and digitize all data related to land lease and easement agreements, including the physical characteristics of the areas, in order to prepare schedules for payments and other legal or contractual obligationsYou will visualize and elaborate data in GIS to assess the extent of secured land and identify errors or inconsistencies within agreementsYou will collaborate with paralegal colleagues in the design and review of land easement contracts, ensuring compliance and consistency across all legal documentationYou will coordinate with other Field Development team members to monitor and control payments related to rented plots and occasionally assist in the identification or selection of land for greenfield development projectsRequirementsYou have completed your studies in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or other relevant fieldsIt's a plus if you already have some first working experience with GIS or mapping toolsYou are proficient in MS OfficeYou are business fluent in English and Portuguese, and language skills in Spanish are an advantageYou have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in land assessment and data managementYou are organized, adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learningPlease send your CV in EnglishBenefitsWe value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Our Workplace: Our office is in Nevogilde and overlooks the Atlantic providing beautiful views and close to Metro - Matosinhos Sul and various Bus stops IT Equipment: We'll set you up with a laptop, monitor, headphones, and, if needed, a company phone Work-Life Balance: We value your personal time.
