The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes, and ensuring high standards of food quality. Additional tasks include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and presenting dishes creatively.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and cooking seafood dishesExperience in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operationsStrong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulationsCreativity in food presentation and crafting dishesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure environmentRelevant culinary qualifications or certificationsPrior experience in a similar role is an advantage
