We are dedicated to fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do, and that includes developing future marketing talent.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our team at Reef Holding headquarters in Riyadh through the Tamheer Program.This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build their careers in digital marketing, performance analysis, and brand growth.Key Training TasksSupport in managing the affiliate marketing network.Monitor and analyze affiliate performance on a weekly and monthly basis.Assist in preparing marketing reports and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs).Coordinate promotional offers and campaigns with the digital marketing team.Communicate with affiliates and provide support to help achieve performance targets.Research and identify potential influencers and new affiliates to join the program.Track registration and commission processes within the system.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Passion for digital marketing and teamwork.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel and Google Sheets.Tamheer Program EligibilityTo qualify for the Tamheer program, candidates must meet the following requirements:Must be a Saudi national.Hold a diploma (minimum one academic year) or bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.Must not have prior work experience exceeding one year in the private or public sector.Must be under 30 years old.Must not be currently employed in the private or public sector.Must not be on the HRDF restricted list.Must not have fully utilized Tamheer training balance (maximum of two opportunities totaling six months).Must not be excluded from the Tamheer program.Why Join Reef Holding?As a Marketing Intern at Reef Holding, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations, data-driven performance management, and partnership growth.This role offers a valuable opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of one of Saudi Arabia’s fastest-growing lifestyle companies.
