We are looking for dynamic, curious minds from public universities who are passionate about creating impactful products that combine taste, quality, and responsibility.This role is a unique opportunity to begin your professional journey in Product Development and Food Research — contributing to the next generation of sustainable food products in Bangladesh.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in formulating and developing new food products (Bakery, Snacks, Sauces, Noodles, Chocolate, etc.).Support lab trials, pilot plant runs, and production scale-up activities.Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and stability testing.Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, processes, and test results.Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.Support development of sustainable packaging materials.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Quality Control, Production, and Marketing.Stay updated with emerging food trends, ingredients, and technologies.What We OfferHands-on training in a modern food product development lab.Exposure to industrial R&D processes and sustainability practices.A career pathway leading to Product Development Officer / R&D Executive roles.Opportunity to contribute to a company that’s driving sustainable business growth through innovation.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in ChemistryB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry from a Public University.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a food lab or factory are encouraged to apply.[University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University, University of Chittagong ]students will get preferenceSkills Required: Development Research, Research and DevelopmentExperience RequirementsAt most 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Food (Packaged),Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)Skills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of food formulation and chemistry.Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Job LocationDhaka, Narayanganj
