To date, we support our customers across various industries that range from manufacturing to RSPO certified palm, and clean and renewable energy.Job HighlightsCross-functional training and opportunities for job rotationsExciting recreational and employee engagement activitiesOptical/Dental/Project allowance/Star allowance/Insurance (covering dependents)ResponsibilitiesHandling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures.Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances.Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies.Recommend and develop solutions for continuous improvements opportunities. Ensure successful implementation across the team and in Business Groups.Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Team Lead/Manager.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Willing to be based at Georgetown, Penang.
