In this role, you’ll be a key part of the METS team, helping to coordinate training programs and ensuring smooth, efficient administration across a range of qualifications and courses.We are looking for someone with thorough organisation and data entry skills who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. You’ll enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, communicating with a wide range of people, and juggling multiple tasks with confidence.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeUpdate and maintain learner data in the SMS (VETtrak)Assisting with student inquiries, enrolment processes, and pre-course advice.Providing support during the entire student journey, from initial application to completion.Following up on outstanding assessment items and monitoring student progress.Managing student data and files in compliance with RTO policies and regulations. Issuing training plans, certificates, and statements of results. Respond to learner enquiries via phone, email and in person.Generate transcripts and certificates, collaborating with Quality Assurance to finalise records.Update and maintain leaner information on Moodle LMSRequirementsNDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Confident Microsoft 365 skillsStrong written, verbal and computer skills.Availability to work 3-4 days from our Kingsgrove head Office - you will be required to work the first 2 weeks in the office.Previous experience with LMS systems (Moodle/VETtrak) and/or administration in an RTO or student support role is highly regarded (but not essential.Who Are METSWe form part of Scope Australia and are committed to providing innovative educational pathways for all students, including those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
