As a Trainee Warehouse Operative, you will receive hands-on training and support as you learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations within a dynamic environment.Your role will be vital in helping us manage the efficient flow of products and materials throughout our facility while maintaining the high standards that Albert Bartlett is known for.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the receiving, sorting, and organizing of incoming goods and materialsParticipate in training to operate warehouse equipment and machinery safelySupport inventory management by maintaining accurate stock levels and helping during stock countsKeep the warehouse area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulationsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely production processesEngage in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to warehouse operationsRequirementsNo previous experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essentialBasic understanding of warehouse operations is a plusAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practicesPhysical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving productsFlexible availability to work various shifts as neededWorking hours- 7 days over 14 daysRate of pay: Days £13.20 plus shift allowanceNights £13.99 plus shift allowanceBenefitsPackageHourly rate £12.92/hour7 over 14 daysShifts available: 8PM-8AM OR 2PM-2AM39 hours a weekPension PlanFull Training & DevelopmentFree Parking
