THE ROLE: Events and Administrative TraineeKreab is seeking a motivated trainee to join our Events and Communication practice for a 6-months internship. Working alongside our consultants, the trainee will assist with event coordination and association management. This traineeship could be applied to earn credits or work placement with your University, should this be required.YOUR TASKSEvents organization ·      Support in designing and managing various event formats (e.g., networking events, panel discussions, educational seminars) for Kreab and clients.·      Manage invitations, registrations forms, events communication and promotion.·      Assist in managing events logistics including liaising with venue and suppliers.Association management and project assistance ·      Provide administrative support to clients (e.g., database update, mailing list management, prepare meetings and taking minutes).·      Assist in maintaining relationships with Members of the European Parliament and key institutional stakeholders to advance clients' strategic initiatives.Required experience and education·      Bachelor Administration or Events Management·      Previous experiences in association management, events organization ·      Capacity to collaborate effectively within an international team, requiring both cultural flexibility and a team-spirited approach.·      Strong organisational and time management skills.·      Capacity to work indipendently/autonomously in tight coordination with a teamCommunication and language skills·      Ability to analyse, summarise and communicate information clearly, both orally and in writing.·      Proficient in English.
