If you share this passion for opening the world, come work with us!The Role:  The Procurement team is currently looking for ambitious, driven and enthusiastic candidate to join the team from February 16th, 2026 to September 30th, 2026. We are hiring trainees to support the Procurement team for Spain and Portugal.   As a Procurement Trainee, you work within the Procurement Team and are responsible for all day-to-day operations related to Hotels and Hostels, from 30 days before a tour arrives, until post-tour. You will be working closely with the Procurement Specialist, who is responsible for negotiating contracts, managing relationships with suppliers, and managing budgets. Once a hotel contract is negotiated and booked, the hotel/hostel relationship will be handed over to you, and you are responsible for working closely with the property to ensure our groups have a smooth customer experience. You are also the first point of contact for our Tour Directors (guides) with any property-related questions they may have.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  Daily support of Procurement Specialists with regards to suppliers’ confirmations, updates and special requests  Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with existing and potential suppliers in Spain and Portugal, aligning with cross-product sourcing strategy. Provide all documentation to hotels related to the upcoming bookings. Settling accounts with suppliers and supporting the accounts payable processes   Researching and identifying new business partners   On tour support to both Tour Directors and business partners   Ensure all systems are managed and that all safety and cost guidelines are adhered to up until 30 days before departure (DPD). Ensure smooth handover with Procurement Specialist who is responsible for relationship before 30 DPDOrganizational Behavior  Strives to create a collaborative and dynamic environment on a day-to-day basis  Shares information and identifies best practices openly with colleagues  Puts the customer in the center and is service minded  Looks for ways to improve and inspires colleagues to do the same  Spreads positive energy and makes the workplace a fun environment  Requirements  Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages is a plus University degree   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Self-driven and flexible. A quick learner and a proven problem solver  Enjoys working with numbers and Microsoft Excel   Similar work experience is a plus  Able to analyze and question processes and strives to come up with creative ways of improving them.
