We are committed to fostering an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment and champion women's leadership and economic empowerment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer in our Digital Literacy Program located in Multan. The Trainer will be responsible for teaching digital literacy courses to women, developing educational materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing support to participants. The Trainer will also facilitate workshops, mentor students, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum.QualificationsStrong digital literacy and computer skillsExperience in teaching, training, or educational program developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and support students from diverse backgroundsProblem-solving and organizational skillsCommitment to women’s empowerment and gender equalityPrior experience in a social enterprise or non-profit organization is a plusBachelor’s degree
