Job description:Handled assessment center in retail areas, mainly administering and evaluating knowledge-based tests.Identify and implement Training Needs Analysis (TNA) applicable across all business units (BU).Develop behavioral competencies for retail outlets' employees and support outlet team development.Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs including in-person training, digital learning (LMS, webinar, e-learning), and content development.Coordinate with vendors as external training partners.Strategically support the development and execution of HR Academy initiativesConduct analysis and prepare reports for management to measure learning impact and alignment with business goals. Job requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor in Training/Learning & Development.Strong exposure in retail is a plus, but must be able to shift focus to manufacturing sector needs.Experience handling cross-functional learning programs and assessments.Strong communication and analytical thinking with ability to strategize learning roadmaps.Willingness for high mobility, including regular out-of-town travel.
