Training Analyst - Change Management SupportStart date: 2025-November-3rdEnd date: 2026-December-31stLanguage: Swedish, English.Place of work: Malmö – on-siteKey Responsibilities:🔹 Upskilling & Training Support• Assess IT skill gaps and develop and own training programs to build digital capabilities.• Work with learning & development teams and SMEs to design and deliver training content.• Facilitate the training program.• Track and report on progress in upskilling initiatives.🔹 Change Management Support• Assist in change impact assessments, readiness planning, and stakeholder engagement.• Be part of the Continuous improvement journey of E.on• Support the development of communication strategies for IT change adoption.• Monitor change resistance and propose mitigation strategies.What We're Looking For• Experience: 3-5 years in IT with relevant exposure to change management/ training coordination, or project management.• Willingness and eagerness to develop/ learn what needs to make the role successful.• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge: Understanding of IT service management (ITSM), Agile, or change frameworks.• Certifications (Preferred): Change Management, PMP, or Agile or cloud certifications.
