We’re looking for a Training & Development Lead to build and run a best-in-class training function for our Support and Compliance teams in Cape Town. This role will be at the heart of how we scale.Creating structured onboarding, upskilling programmes, and career pathways that ensure our people deliver world-class player experiences while meeting regulatory standards. You’ll design and deliver learning frameworks, partner cross-functionally, and use data and feedback to constantly evolve how we train, coach, and develop our people.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end onboarding programme for new hires across Support and Compliance teams.Develop engaging induction materials that communicate company culture, knowledge, and performance expectations.Design modular training programmes covering technical skills, product knowledge, compliance, customer experience, and soft skills.Deliver training through a mix of classroom, digital, and on-the-job learning with role-specific playbooks.Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.Implement frameworks for ongoing coaching, 1:1 development, and skills assessments.Equip managers and team leads with tools to deliver consistent, high-quality coaching.Integrate QA insights into training interventions to improve performance.Collaborate with Compliance to embed regulatory training requirements across teams.Partner with Performance and Workforce teams to address performance gaps and efficiency needs.Define and track training success metrics, including speed-to-competency, QA scores, and error reduction.Maintain clear training documentation and playbooks, ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in training, learning & development, or enablement roles, preferably in customer operations, gaming, or compliance-heavy industries.Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and curriculum design.Ability to simplify complex compliance or product information into practical, easy-to-understand training.Data-driven approach with experience measuring and improving training effectiveness.Excellent stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive, innovative approach to learning.Salary and PackageSalary CTC: R600,000 - R800,000Quarterly team gatherings for connection and fun.Access to pension tracking services.25 paid holidays plus generous maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.Flexible working arrangements.
