Now we are looking for an “Training and Development Manager” for its growing HR team.The profileGraduated from related departments of prominent universities.Minimum 15 years of Training and development experience in a well-structured organization preferably operating in industrial manufacturing.Experienced in organizational design, job evaluation, training organization and curriculum development.Hands on training delivering and curriculum preparation would be a strong asset.The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal relations.A person who has strong analytical and reporting skillsWillingness to reside in Sivas.Job DescriptionTraining and Development Manager will directly reports to HR DirectorAssist to Director to Identify human resources needs, anticipate future organizational demands, and conduct human resources planning accordingly.Analyze competency gap of the organization and define training needs with related Business UnitsDevelop a curriculum that steadily improve employees’ personal, professional, and technical competencies.Develop an effective Annual Training Plan in line with the goals and operational needs of the companyPrepare the yearly training plan based on the training need analysisStrictly follow the attendance records of all training activitiesMonitor department trainings and on job trainingsStudy on training GAP analyzesStrictly follow legal training requirementsWe thank all applicants for their interest and effort in applying for the position; however, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.ETHIC HR has "Private Recruitment Company" license from ISKUR.
