Job Description

We are partnering closely with a Tier-1 Mining Asset Owner to source a Learning & Development Officer to provide support across a complex mining operation.You will coordinate and administer training activities across site, ensuring compliance is upheld and training is executed efficiently working closely with operational leaders across the site to maintain continuity of training services.This is client-side position, flying to a remote mine in the NT on a flexible roster arrangement (company time).
