PositionPositionJOB DESCRIPTION: In Store Training ManagerREPORTS TO: Training DirectorJob PurposeThe Training Manager is an inspiring leader. They are responsible for training and coaching the Retail Teams on the Dior selling ceremony, product, and client development to support the achievement of commercial goals. The In Store Training Manager provides consistent feedback to the SVP of Retail and Boutique Director/Manager on ways to improve, providing solutions and elevate training initiatives for their region set by the department. They are a close partner to the Boutiques Leaders and Retail leadership to help identify training needs and solutions. They are a collaborative leader working cross functionally to ensure all Dior selling teams are well equipped to provide the ultimate client experience in an uber luxury environment.Job responsibilitiesTasks And ResponsibilitiesDevelop & facilitate Training Programs in the boutique including brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development and employee induction, etc.Evaluate training and development needs of the boutique on an ongoing basis and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departmentsEvaluate existing training programs, partner with the training team to revise or create new training programs based on business needsPartner with Regionals, Merchandising, Visual, Events, CRM, and PR teams to develop product training on a seasonal basisTrack productivity reporting process, partner with Regional Leadership to coach and manage underperforming associatesOversee induction and on boarding for new employees of the boutique and support with store openings, events and activationsAssist Management with spot coaching on the floor to support development of client experience, styling and brand ambassadorship of the boutique teamProvide recaps on trainings to Training, Boutique management and Retail Leadership TeamsCommunicate with Retail Leadership to evaluate training level of all employees trainedCoordinate and Manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events and activations for boutique supportAdjust priorities and manage time to support the business needs most effectivelyTrack effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular follow-up to sustainProfileRequirements5 Years of Retail Training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environmentStrong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industryAbility to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand imageAbility to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areasAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organizationAbility to listen actively to all and communicate material and instructions to othersAbility to follow the company’s policies and proceduresStrong computer presentation skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and ExcelAbility to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to travel as neededAdditional informationThe selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
