This involves designing and implementing instructional strategies aimed at maximizing the effective utilization and adoption of Alef products. Additionally, this role encompasses delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to customer-facing field teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to support educators in enhancing student learning outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Resource Material Innovation:Design and develop professional development training materials tailored to the specific needs and requirements of educators and professionals.Design and develop engaging and user-friendly training materials that maximize the utilization and adoption of the Alef products.Implement instructional strategies aimed at helping field teams enhance their delivery and effectiveness of professional development training, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and best practices.Create engaging and impactful training programs to support Face-to-Face, blended, or online self-paced delivery.Develop and curate comprehensive online learning modules in Alef Academy, leveraging expertly designed flows and sequences to maximize learning efficacy and engagement.Stay abreast of developments in the ed-tech space and continuously improve professional development solutions to ensure they remain relevant and effective.Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and innovation, providing recommendations to resolve concerns.Training, Support, and Enablement Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to customer-facing field teams, including their education customers, to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively leverage Alef products in enhancing student learning outcomes.Champion teacher development initiatives by actively engaging in and contributing to professional learning communities and key educational conferences, enhancing the pedagogical impact of Alef Products.Empower the field team and Alef Clients through targeted training programs based on their needs.Design and continuously refine visually engaging educational resources to feed the Alef Academy, incorporating the latest updates and feature enhancements to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Provide support and enablement to field teams during teacher training events, professional learning communities, and conferences.Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to field teams to ensure effective implementation of the developed training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Data Analysis and Strategic Decision-Making:Conduct data analysis to monitor content usage trends and inform strategic decisions related to professional development initiatives.Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes. Collaboration and Feedback:Cultivate strategic partnerships with the product development and school implementation teams, gaining deep insights into upcoming products and customer needs.Act as a vital conduit for feedback between the user community and the product team, ensuring that Alef Products remains at the forefront of educational technology and innovation.Engage in ongoing dialogue with content leads, sharing user insights and feedback to drive the continuous enhancement of Alef’s offerings.Collect feedback from field teams and stakeholders to ensure the developed training materials meet their needs and effectively address their challenges.To Be The Right Fit, You'll NeedAn education Degree in the subject area (or related)Experience 10+ years relevant experience in teaching, developing teacher training material, and training teachersGood understanding and experience of the subject area: English.Experience teaching Cycle 2 and/ or 3Familiarity with current education legislation and issues and the implications for implementationExperience teaching in the classroom or experience working directly with teachers and understanding the challenges of implementing technology in the classroomAbility to design attractive resources to support teachersStrong background hosting virtual training events or webinars to support the in-school teamAbility to develop teacher training material.Fluency in English and ArabicWhat we offerWe believe our people are our greatest advantage.
