Then we are currently looking for you to take the challenge of:Training Center AssistantPurpose:As a training center assistant, you will perform all practical arrangements for the training courses from the Training Center. In addition to this you will organizational and administratively support the planning and implementation of all training sessions. Main Responsibilities:Order, collect, organize and prepare all materials and equipment used during the trainings making sure all equipment (motors, lights, microphone, beamers, camera…) are in place and perfectly working Prepare the laboratory and training rooms for the courses Stock management of materials, models, equipment and leafletsPrepare the certificates and evaluation forms for each courseGather and implement the necessary information for training programs in consultation with the trainer and GC officesCollect and input of the satisfaction data and number of participants into excel for reporting after each coursePromotion of upcoming and current Campus events on social media programs (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn…Communicate with GC offices, invited speakers and all GCE departments to follow up for course arrangements: materials, models and special requests ensuring a smooth flow of info and communication.Supply course pictures, news and special information to be uploaded in the GCE website.Ensure room availability by keeping a logbook with room reservations for the meeting rooms for the trainings in CampusSupport the Hospitality Officer with the planning, organization and reception of the visitorsRequirements:Dental assistant background, Bachelor degree or equal to experience of 2 to 5 years is preferredExcellent command of English and DutchYou have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously You are customer oriented, stress resistant and flexible Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledgeCapable of taking pictures and making social media postsWe offer you:Challenging job in a growing international companyMulticultural working environmentFull time employment with a contract for an indefinite period Competitive salary including benefits (meal vouchers, hospitalization and group insurance)Interested?Don’t hesitate to send your CV and motivational letter to hr.gce@gc.dental GC is an equal opportunity employer that evaluates applicants regardless of their race, nationality, gender, age or disability.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and actively promote diversity in the workforceFor our company's recruitment privacy notice, please visit this linkWe do not accept any applicants through agents or external recruitment firms.
