Job Description

A Training Centre Admin Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, andcoordinating the administrative activities of a training centre.Job Duties Include Scheduling Training Programs : Scheduling training programs and courses,arranging venues, and coordinating materials for training programs. Registration and Enrollment : Managing the registration and enrolmentprocess, ensuring that all enrolments and registrations are accurate and upto-date. Coordinating Training Resources : Coordinating the resources required fortraining programs including trainers, training rooms, training manuals, andequipment. Managing Training Documents : Maintaining updated training documents,including training plans, schedules, and training materials. Managing Student Records : Maintaining student records, managing studentinformation, and ensuring that course completion certificates are issuedtimely. Communicating with Trainees : Communicating training schedules andcourse details with trainees, informing them of any changes in trainingschedules, and conducting pre-training meetings where necessary. Coordinating Events : Coordinating events and meetings relating to thetraining centres, including seminars, workshops, and training fairs. Budgeting and Reporting : Budgeting for training centre expenses andpreparing reports as required by the management. Compliance Management : Ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies,and procedures related to the operation of the training centre.
