Training Coordinator

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to engage and support employees across different levels of the business.In this role, you will: Design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with business needsCoordinate training logistics (scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, feedback collection)Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure training effectivenessDeliver engaging training sessions in English for employees across different functionsSupport managers in identifying training needs and proposing learning solutionsMaintain training records and ensure compliance with company policiesContinuously improve training methods, tools, and materialsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Proven experience (2-4 years) in training coordination or L&D roles.Strong skills in program design, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, or LMS tools).Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)Ability to train and present confidently to groupsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive, team-oriented, and able to work independentlyProactive and responsibleCooperative team playerBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentComprehensive Health InsuranceRewards & RecognitionLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
