Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a Training Coordinator at a multi-service law firm with a location (multiple locations) in Downtown Boston, MA, 02111.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of a combination of legal administrative/paralegal and training and development experience at a law firm.On-site 3-4 days per week.Hourly Pay Rate between $65-$70/hour (depending on experience). ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage training schedules across all departmentsConduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training Create, update, and maintain job aids and training materialsOversee administrative functions related to training Assess and analyze training and development needsPromote training programs to employeesMonitor employee progress in the Learning Management System (LMS) QualificationsAssociate or bachelor’s degree5+ years of a combination of legal administrative/paralegal and training and development experience at a law firm.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferredExperience with either Adarant, Elite, 3E and/or Net Documents is highly preferred.Hands-on experience in training, onboarding  or facilitating training sessionsProficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills, including file maintenance and billing preparationEffective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departmentsMust be highly organized and able to manage time extremely wellMust be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment  For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates please email an updated resume in a Word document to hgorman@daleyaa.com IND123
