As part of the HR team in the Netherlands, you will be mainly working with our Engineering and manufacturing organizations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams are fully skilled and equipped to consistently deliver high-quality results, contributing to outstanding customer experience.What will you be doing?The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, development, and execution of training programs within the organization.Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating procedure trainings.Maintain the skill matrix and training matrix to ensure all employees receive correct training and certification is aligned with their roles, responsibilities and compliant with legislation.Coordinate with department managers the planning and tracking of training activities.Ensuring onboarding of new hires with clear and structured way of (machine & safety) training.Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and continuously improving programs and different ways of training like VR and AI.Support development of upskilling and cross training initiatives.Why is the position interesting for you?You shape the skills and growth of our organization.You close skill gaps and support career progression.You are a key player in implementing future-proof skill strategies.You work in our technical environment, meaning staying closely connected to innovation.You work in a scale up environment.Your impact is direct and valued by our team.You work in our diverse teams with more than 40 nationalities.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical studies, Applied Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.What can you expect from us?Getting on board now is a great opportunity to grow with the company from a technical, personal, and financial perspective.
