This role is part of the Training Delivery Team, which ensures the provision of exceptional service to our clients in France.This position is part of a collaborative project with team members located in India.As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Training Operations Manager. You will be the main point of contact for local stakeholders. You will support the team responsible for all aspects of Training Delivery, working primarily with the OPCO, training vendors, and internal teams.Roles & Responsibility:Follow up on the delayed submission of attendance sheets and vendor invoices.Request and verify the correction of training agreements when they do not meet requirements.Communicate with vendors regarding invoicing when training settlement is done via subrogation of payment by OPCO.Act as a key liaison between vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless administration of training payment settlement.Guide vendors on administrative processes when training payment is handled directly by the client.Provide first-line support to users for issues or requests related to training delivery.Step in to support the Training Delivery team, as needed, by analyzing client training needs to determine the required number of sessions and handling training planningExperience & Skill:2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,Exposure to an international work environmentHigh-level understanding of the training landscape in FranceCustomer service-oriented posture is a mustTeam playerAbility to communicate clearly and concise thoughtsAttention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activitiesKnowledge of Salesforce or any other CRMKnowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantageFluent in French and English is a mandatory requirementProficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePointA job permit to work in France is a mandatory requirementNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
