We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing training programs, coordinating logistics, and supporting employee development initiatives.📌 Position DetailsDesignation - Training CoordinatorLocation - Abu Dhabi, UAEWork Schedule : 8 hours/day — 2 days weekly offGender - MaleCompensation - Kindly mention your salary expectation (Lumpsum salary inclusive of all allowances)Availability - Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.Closing Date: 12-Nov-25, 03:00 PM (CVs submitted after the closing time will not be considered). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesTraining CoordinationDevelop, maintain, and manage training calendars, schedules, and training materials.Coordinate and organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.Handle all training logistics including venue setup, equipment support, and communication with participants.Maintain comprehensive training records including attendance, feedback, and progress reports.Track training program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on assessments.Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and training facilitators to ensure smooth execution.Program Support & ReportingAssist in preparing training-related reports and dashboards.Support onboarding and orientation training processes when required.Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Arabic language proficiency (speaking and writing) will be considered an added advantage.Minimum 3 years’ experience in training coordination or a similar role.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above criteria may apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV to careers@spark.ae
