We’re looking for a leader who has the vision, experience and passion to contribute to our culture and the success of our team members.As Training Curriculum Designer You Will…Be In Charge of Curriculum Development and Instructional DesignDesign new course materials utilizing a variety of instructional design approaches (ADDIE model), adult learning principles, training delivery methodologies and content development systemsFacilitate Train the Trainer course materialsAssess training needs and identify opportunities for curriculum developmentLeverage technology and multimedia tools to enhance curriculum contentBe in Charge of Assessment and EvaluationDevelop and administer knowledge assessment testingAnalyze training outcomes and feedback to identify areas of improvementFacilitate Continuous ImprovementReview existing curriculum and recommend improvementsConduct needs analyses and interacting with our partners to identify ongoing training needsInteract with all departments to ensure current information is included in trainingProvide Performance SupportDevelop job aids, quick reference guides and other performance support toolsEnsure these resources are easily accessible and practical for on-the-job useBe in Charge of Compliance and DocumentationEnsure all training materials comply with regulatory requirements and company policiesMaintain detailed records of training activities, materials and outcomesPerform other duties and travel as requiredAs Training Curriculum Designer, You Have…BS/BA in Education or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)Minimum of 2 years contact center experience and minimum of 5 years of experience delivering classroom trainingExperience with Learning Management SystemsExperience conducting training needs analyses for internal and external partnersKnowledge of adult learning principles and how to implement them in the classroom in-person and virtuallyKnowledge of existing and emerging training methods, tools and techniquesProficient knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google SuiteAbility to multitask in an innovative, fast paced environmentStrong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail with good time management skillsJob DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: Philippines City: Manila National Capital Region Company Website: http://www.intouchcx.com Job Function: Curriculum & Academic Development Company Industry/Sector: Outsourcing and Offshoring ConsultingWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
