Job Description

60% of the workload: Working with regional employees working with key customersAnalysis of pain points of employees working with key customers through interviews, data analysis and feedback. Deep immersion in the business context, studying the specifics of employees working with key customers in different regions. Development of training plans in accordance with the business priorities and strategic goals. Creating a training schedule, coordinating training events, managing the logistics of conducting trainings. Conducting trainings, training sessions and workshops exclusively in English. Analysis of training effectiveness by key metrics.

Flexible customization of training programs to meet business needs, adaptation of trainings and methodologies based on feedback. Quick immersion in the existing process of mandatory training system, constant refinement and integration of the educational track for enterprise teams. 40% of the workload: Development and delivery of soft-skills trainings aimed at solving corporate pain points and developing employees. Conducting CustDev interviews with stakeholders, including top management, to determine compliance with training requirements. Creating and conducting strategic and team sessions on specific business tasks and requests. Participation in additional training projects, including workshops on management skills for employees. Requirements:

English at level C1 (ability to conduct trainings in English, write materials and understand information)Experience in writing trainings, ability to create and adapt training programs. Skills in conducting interviews with training stakeholders. Experience working with sales managers. Knowledge of the basic stages of sales. Understanding the difference between B2B and B2C sales processes.
