QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field,7–8 years of experience in training, classroom management, or academy functions within service, retail, or similar sectors,Advanced English proficiency,Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and results-driven mindset,Excellent communication skills and commitment to guest relations principles,Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-learning platforms,Skilled in adult learning principles (andragogy) and interactive presentation techniques, including role plays, case studies, simulations, and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct position-based training needs analyses and contribute to the development of the company’s training strategy,Design, plan, and deliver both classroom and e-learning programs in alignment with business needs,Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reports, and completion rates,Manage and track the training budget,Update e-learning catalogs according to positions and competencies,Introduce innovations in training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance learning processes,Develop and maintain structured training programs, updating content periodically.
