Through people, process, and performance, this role drives retail excellence, measurable commercial growth, and a consistent brand experience across markets.As the key link between central strategy and market execution, you’ll ensure initiatives are flawlessly implemented and locally optimized for maximum relevance and impact. You’ll lead through influence, inspiring cross-market teams to deliver with purpose, energy, and precision.By combining strategic foresight with hands-on operational know-how, you’ll strengthen retail partnerships, enhance sell-out performance, and empower teams to translate every activation into real business impact. As a trusted advisor to both client leadership and market stakeholders, you’ll set the standard for excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire multi-market teams to deliver consistent excellence and measurable retail impact across EuropeTranslate client strategy into actionable market plans, driving flawless execution and sell-out performanceStrengthen partnerships between client stakeholders, field teams, and wholesale partnersDrive operational excellence and capability growth through data-led insights, coaching, and process improvementAct as the strategic bridge between global direction and local delivery, ensuring alignment, quality, and commercial successWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality delivery across all European marketsEngaged and high-performing field teams who feel supported and empoweredStrong alignment between central client strategy and local executionVisible growth in sell-out performance and partner satisfactionContinuous improvement in how training and implementation drive retail impactKey attributesProven ability to connect strategy with execution and link people development to commercial successStrong leadership and coaching capabilities, able to inspire and empower multi-market teamsExcellent communication skills with experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholdersAnalytical and data-driven mindset — able to interpret insights and translate them into actionable improvementStrong understanding of how learning, implementation, and field enablement influence sales performanceAgile, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex international environmentsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, or related field5–7 years of experience in training, implementation, or program management within retail, field marketing, or L&DTrack record of managing teams and driving success across multiple marketsExcellent English communication and presentation skills; additional European languages are a strong advantageAbility to travel across EU markets as requiredReady to make your mark?
