Reporting to Senior Sales Manager, this role will lead the development and delivery of exceptional training programs for Beauty Advisors, ensuring consistent brand messaging and elevating customer experiences across retail locations. This role is pivotal in translating global brand strategies into effective local training initiatives that inspire and empower our Beauty Advisor teams in Japan.RESPONSIBILITIESEducation Strategy & ExecutionDesign and execute training programs for both online and offline platformsCreate engaging content covering product knowledge, customer experience, and selling techniquesEstablish annual training calendars aligned with marketing and launch plansMonitor training impact through BA performance and customer feedbackCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure training supports business strategyProvide insights and feedback to HQ and regional teams to localize training materials effectivelyCollaborate with digital and event teams to support brand activations and campaignsBA Management & LeadershipLead and mentor the trainer team and Beauty Advisers across storesSupport BA productivity through coaching, on-the-job training, and performance reviewsOversee recruitment, onboarding, and career development of BAsAct as a role model and ambassador for brand values and service excellenceWorking for Coty means Our people make us who we are.
