Job Description

Manage and oversee the GDS Operations Team (Reservation Agents/Travel Consultants).Monitor and ensure service quality, SLA adherence, and compliance with client requirements.Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise regarding GDS usage.Schedule, supervise, and evaluate team performance, productivity, and accuracy.Prepare and present operational reports (KPI, productivity, accuracy, customer satisfaction).Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve booking issues.Plan and deliver training sessions to enhance the team’s GDS knowledge and technical skills.Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.Handle escalated cases and support complex problem resolution.Collaborate closely with the Global Team to align processes, share best practices, and support global operational standards.
