Our rapidly growing environment is the perfect opportunity to take initiative and create your legacy.We're looking for a Training Manager who will take full ownership of our training strategy and lead the development of our franchise, field, and warehouse teams within our fast-growing operational structure.This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, standardization across the field, and continuous performance improvement.What You'll Be Doing?Develop and manage the annual training strategy and training calendar for franchise, field, and warehouse teamsDesign and deliver training programs covering operational processes, system usage, and company standardsBuild and implement structured onboarding programs for new franchise and field teamsConduct training needs analyses and develop performance-driven development programsCreate and maintain training materials including presentations, documentation, videos, e-learning modules, and guidesPlan and deliver update sessions regarding process changes and new implementationsCoordinate training delivery, monitor participation and completion ratesEstablish evaluation and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectivenessDefine training KPIs, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiativesStandardize and scale training processes to support company growthAdapt supplier-provided training content to company standards and operational needsManage relationships with external training providers when neededCollaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, HR, Commercial, and Technology teamsWhat You'll Bring?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldProven experience in training design and adult learning methodologiesExperience in field operations, franchise management, retail, or logistics is a plusValid drivers license and willingness to conduct warehouse visits as requiredStrong background in training needs analysis and performance measurementExcellent content development and presentation skillsStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWhy This Role?Opportunity to lead training strategy within a rapidly scaling operationDirect impact on field performance and operational excellenceAbility to build scalable and sustainable learning systemsYou as a GetirianYou are a good person first, everything else is secondary.
