Our company offers a respectful and stable environment where your skills and professionalism are recognized.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Training Officer to lead and manage training programs for security personnel at a high-profile client facility in Tokyo.This role is ideal for experienced professionals who value professionalism, safety, and quality training delivery — and who want to be part of an international, forward-thinking organization.Essential FunctionsDeliver structured training for new and current security staffConduct on-site and classroom-style training sessionsWork closely with local and regional leaders to ensure training qualityMaintain accurate training records and support compliance auditsPromote and reinforce safety culture within the teamAdapt global training materials to the local Japanese contextSuggest improvements to training procedures and onboardingServe as a trusted advisor and training expert on-siteHiring RequirementsJapanese language skills at native level or minimum business proficiency level (CEFR B2 minimum)Proficient in English, minimum business proficiency level (CEFR B2 minimum)Must have the legal rights to work in Japan.Associate degree and 4 or more years of experience in the security industry and/or business management, 2 years of training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
