We will help you unlock the best version of yourself, achieve growth in your career whilst making a real difference to people and communities. Why you'll love this opportunity as Training & Presales Consultant.As our Training & Presales Consultant you will be the clinical and technical bridge between our product, sales, and hospital customers—driving new business and ensuring smooth onboarding.PresalesDeliver tailored, high-impact demos to hospital stakeholdersProvide clinical and technical input during RFPs and customer meetingsAnalyse workflows and map product benefits to hospital environmentsSupport sales with competitive insights and configuration adviceTraining & OnboardingDesign and deliver training programs for hospital staff across rolesRun live and virtual sessions to ensure readiness pre-launchCreate and maintain training materials (manuals, e-learning, guides)Lead onboarding from kick-off to post-launch handoverCollaborationWork cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Support teamsRepresent hospital users, feeding insights back into product developmentStay current on healthcare regulations and industry trendsKeen to find out more about our Civica Dox product?
