The Training Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing leads, managing client accounts, and closing sales for our tailored training programs. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, presenting training solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and fostering partnerships to drive sales growth. Qualifications Sales Skills such as lead generation, account management, and closing salesCommunication skills including client outreach, presentation, and negotiationResearch skills for conducting market analysis and identifying potential clientsAbility to work independently and remotely with a proactive approachExperience in the training industry or related field is a plusProficiency in English, Turkish, and any of the other 11 languages we translate books into is beneficialBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
