You’ll use your clinical knowledge and teaching experience to inspire, motivate, and guide students to reach their potential.You willDeliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with programme outcomesProvide academic and pastoral support to help students achieve successMonitor progress and provide timely, constructive feedbackCollaborate with colleagues to review and enhance course contentManage accurate records including attendance, assessment results, and reportingEnsure all teaching and assessment meets NZQA and TEC compliance standardsParticipate in programme moderation and promotional activities About you You’ll bring your healthcare background and a genuine desire to see others succeed.To be successful in this role, you will haveHas a background in healthcare education, with experience delivering courses and supporting students in an academic setting.Is innovative in their teaching approach, finding new ways to engage and motivate students.Works collaboratively with other tutors and academic staff to enhance the overall programme experience.Is skilled in programme development and administration, ensuring all content and assessments are up to date and compliant with educational standards.Can balance the needs of students with the administrative aspects of the role.
