Currently, we are seeking a dynamic “Training Specialist / Assistant Training Manager” to join our team. The role involves train up Service Providers (caregivers, nurses, babysitters, and physiotherapists) to ensure the client services & satisfaction effectively and efficiently.Job Responsibilities:Conduct effective training sessions for Service Providers (caregivers, nurses, babysitters, and physiotherapists)Develop and implement training materials and manualsMonitor training effectiveness and ensure Service Providers meet company standardsCoordinate with operations to ensure proper onboarding and ongoing skill developmentIdentify performance gaps and provide follow-up training as needed.Any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.Educational RequirementsMust have a medical background, preferably in Nursing or Caregiver Level 4, with certification in Assessor & Trainer.Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Healthcare StartupJob LocationDhaka
