Training Specialist

Will accept candidates from the following locations: Everett, WA Huntsville, AL Masa, AZ St. Louis, MO Auburn, WAShift Expectations (First): 1st Start Time: 6 am End Time: 2:30 pmJob Description:Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area. Partners with site leadership, Senior Mgt, and site HR leads to address training curriculum, create and deploy new hire assessments, new hire schedules, emergent needs, define engineering specification requirements for new projects and day-to-day business.Instructional design skills (3-5 years)Technical background in electrical, aviation, mechanical, or structuresFamiliar with structural system designs (ADDIE)Training and/or instructing backgroundEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
