Training Specialist | Fortune 500 FirmWe’re looking for a Senior Training Specialist to join a leading Fortune 500 organization. If you have 5–10 years of experience in instructional design and training content development—especially using the ADDIE Model—this is an excellent opportunity to influence learning strategies and drive employee development.What You’ll Do:Design and develop training programs for onboarding, skills development, and change managementCreate eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline and instructor-led materials (guides, assessments, job aids)Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentationsEvaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvementsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align with business goalsManage training resources and ensure compliance with company policiesMaintain LMS platforms and SharePoint sites for content distributionStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentWhat You Bring:5–10 years of experience in instructional design and training developmentExpertise in ADDIE Model and proficiency with Articulate StorylineStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsTechnical proficiency with LMS platforms, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BIInstructional Technology degree preferredStrategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent writing skillsAbility to work independently, manage projects, and adapt to feedbackTop performers are creative problem-solvers, collaborative, and committed to delivering impactful learning experiences📍Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)💵Pay: $29 – $31/hr.If you have an interest in the Hybrid – Training Specialist, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
