You will take ownership of the client education process post-implementation, designing and delivering high-impact, tailored training programs for client teams across all levels. Your primary focus will be to ensure clients confidently manage, utilize, and master their new HubSpot/CRM solutions, driving their long-term success and strengthening Set 2 Close’s trusted partnership status.This role is ideal for an expert trainer and client relationship builder who is passionate about enabling others and translating technical complexity into actionable skills.Key Responsibilities:Client Training Strategy & DeliveryTailored Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver engaging, role-specific training sessions (virtual and on-site) covering CRM best practices, marketing automation, sales tools, and reporting.Curriculum Development: Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, including client-friendly user guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and quick-reference documentation.Adoption Enablement: Focus on driving client adoption and proficiency, going beyond system features to train clients on the why and the how of utilizing their new systems to achieve their specific business goals.Post-Implementation Check-ins: Lead follow-up training and consultation sessions to ensure sustained client success and high utilization rates post-onboarding.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementConsultative Partnership: Act as the primary post-implementation consultant, building strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders and end-users.Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor client system usage and metrics to identify training gaps and recommend additional educational or consultative solutions to maximize client ROI.Feedback Loop: Systematically gather client feedback on training effectiveness and system usability, relaying insights to the Implementation and Product teams to inform future process improvements.Support Escalation: Provide expert, hands-on guidance and troubleshoot complex adoption or usage issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.Internal Collaboration & Platform ExpertiseKnowledge Leadership: Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in HubSpot and other relevant CRM platforms, sharing platform updates, best practices, and new feature capabilities with both clients and internal teams.Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants (the development team) to understand client-specific needs which were implemented on for the best client ROI.Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to the client enablement process, documentation standards, and overall training methodology to enhance efficiency.Metrics for SuccessAchieve 4.7/5 client satisfaction on all training sessions.Ensure 90% of clients report confidently managing their CRM independently post-training completion that were completed on agreed timelines.Complete all required training deliverables within the client's established project timeline.Contribute to a high client retention rate by driving successful platform adoption.Qualifications & Skills Required2+ years of dedicated experience in a corporate training, instructional design, or client enablement role, preferably with a consulting firm or software provider.Expert-level, hands-on experience with a major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot - preferred, Salesforce, or similar).Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training across various formats (in-person, virtual, recorded video).Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical topics clearly and simply.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage training timelines for multiple client accounts simultaneously.PreferredHubSpot Solutions Partner or Trainer Certification (or equivalent certifications in other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms).Experience utilizing an LMS (Learning Management System) or video creation tools for professional training content.A background in B2B SaaS, marketing, or sales enablement.Key AttributesExpert Communicator: Inspiring, patient, and able to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences.Client-Focused: Driven by a passion for enabling others' success and building long-term relationships.Proactive & Consultative: Able to anticipate client needs and recommend strategic, education-based solutions.Strategic Problem-Solver: Able to troubleshoot user confusion and system adoption issues effectively.Why Set 2 Close?Impactful Work: Be the driver of client success, ensuring they achieve measurable results from their investment and part of an Amazing B-Corp Company.Career Growth: Unlock opportunities for professional development and leadership within a fast-growing, Elite Partner firm.Flexibility & Rewards: Enjoy remote work, flexible hours, competitive pay, and performance-based bonuses tied to client success metrics.Dynamic Culture: Join a passionate team committed to innovation and becoming a true partner to our clients.
