This incumbent will prepare training documents and lesson plans related to operational, workplace safety issues, equipment maintenance/preventative maintenance issues, and other related safety topics. This incumbent will log training documentation for all employees and conduct refresher courses as needed.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or CompetenciesKnowledge of and the ability to use training methodology, time management skills, and organizational skills.Ability to demonstrate, present, and teach effectively in front of groups.Ability to operate audio visual equipment.Ability to develop teaching material utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Translator), Adobe Photoshop, etc.Knowledge of landscape and hardscape maintenance and operations.Physical DemandsLift up to 40 lbs.Sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, and climb stairs during a normal workday.Read/communicate effectively.Driving to perform job related duties.Is driving a responsibility of this position?
