Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and deliver training programs for mobile phones and related devices.Conduct product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service training sessions for sales staff and partners.Regularly update training materials with new product features, industry trends, and market insights.Support the creation of training tools (presentations, manuals, video clips, etc.).Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, propose improvements when necessary.Participate in product launches, workshops, and customer events when required.MAIN REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, sales coaching, or product training (preferably in mobile phones/consumer electronics/FMCG).Energetic, articulate, and excellent in public speaking/presentation skills.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team engagement skills.Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese is preferred).Willingness to travel for business purposes.WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US- Salary: Attractive salary with 13th month salary + Performance Bonus + Travel and phone-call allowance12 paid leave/year- Insurance based on Total salary + Medical Benefit Premium Health care AON Insurance- Internal training: (Technical & Functional & Chinese)- Working on flexible and multinational working environment.
