As a full-time Training Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.What you'll be doingTraining analysis and design, implementation, evaluation and report generationCorporate Related Projects implementation and reportsTraining Related Administrative workWhat we're looking forBachelor's/College Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 1 year experience as Training Supervisor or 2 to 3 years experience as Training Assistant/CoordinatorHas experience in conducting basic corporate presentation.Excellent communication skillsPeople oriented and team playerMust be willing to work onsite- SM Retail HQ, Pasay City
