Transaction Analyst

Location: Warsaw, hybridContract Type: B2B/UZ 12 monthsup to 90zl/hourWe are looking for a Transaction Analyst to join our Client's team and support front-office trading operations. This intermediate-level role involves working closely with traders and operational teams to ensure accurate trade capture, reconciliation, and process improvement across securities and derivatives transactions.Key Responsibilities:Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales & Trading teamsMaintain and reconcile trading position recordsSupport trade capture management, front-to-back reconciliation, and settlement forecastsIdentify and mitigate operational risk through data analysis and process optimizationDesign and analyze reports for management and control purposesContribute to the development and implementation of new products and systemsEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and on-the-job training to junior team membersWhat You Bring:Experience in trade support, operations, or transaction processing within financial servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data setsExposure to SQLFluent in English (Polish a plus)
