This role’s principal focus will be on transaction management within the established framework and in-line with the accounts governance processes.This job is part of the Transaction Management Team .What You’ll DoThe Transaction Managers key responsibilities listed here are to be selected and mutually agreed upon with the client. The responsibilities here are non-exhaustive and can be expanded upon by the business as mutually agreed: Build and maintain strong relationships with client Real Estate team as well as local client stakeholders The individual will work with Alliance Directors/Account Leads, field brokers and internal CBRE teams to facilitate transactions and up/cross selling of other CBRE services Project initiation and business case development Organize and lead project meetings. Document any changes and update systems accordingly. Coordination of field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions, disposal of surplus space by way of assignment, subletting, surrender or sale in the case of owned assets Collation of comparable evidence, preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value Using a range of financial models and critical date information develop a portfolio analysis that will identify opportunities and risks . Provide advice to the client and their options and how best to achieve their objectives . Working with CRE and the client’s approval process and implement the agreed transaction strategies Use portfolio and market data to provide the client with opportunities to drive additional value out of the real estate portfolio. This requires a detailed knowledge of the clients objectives (business and Real Estate). Develop and enhance client relationships by the achievement of client’s Key Performance Indictors (KPIs), regular client meetings, use of market knowledge best practice sharing, and demonstrating value add (using various measures including fee to value ratios) Operate within CBRE’s and the client’s behavioral and procedural guidelines, including the use of systems e.g., Salesforce and SharePoint Analyze critical date reports and provide recommendation to clients Prepare fee forecasts, account statistics and invoices. What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years of real estate transaction experience or equivalent role in Project Management/Brokerage Previous Lease Admin/ T ransaction M anagement experience is an advantage Client Relationship Management: Own and manage specific client relationships, oversee team members, and handle contractual issues.
