We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Romania included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Romanian employer.About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Transaction Monitoring & Alert Handling Associate – French Speaker to join our compliance operations team. In this role, you will support the monitoring and review process for financial transactions and client onboarding, helping ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.Profile Requirements:C1 level proficiency in French English at B2 levelBachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related fieldsMinimum 1 year of financial sector experience with knowledge of KYC/AML processesExperience in transactional monitoring and authority request handlingKey Responsibilities:Analyze and investigate alerts generated by AML/Transaction Monitoring systems.Evaluate transactions and behaviors to determine whether they are normal or suspicious.Prepare basic RFIs (Requests for Information) to clients or internal teams.Identify red flags and document the rationale for closing or escalating cases.Conduct preliminary investigations and recommend complex cases to L2.Ensure compliance with internal policies and market regulations during daily analysis.Collaborate with L2 teams for clarifications and case handovers.Offer:7500 RON net salary + 350 RON monthly bonus targetThe project is based in Bucharest, Romania, work from the office and performance-based hybrid after the 6th month.Relocation Support (for candidates moving to Bucharest):We understand the challenges of relocating and offer a robust relocation package to help you settle into Bucharest:Installation Bonus: A one-time €300 installation bonus to cover initial flight and travel expenses.Accommodation:First 3 Months: Fully furnished apartment with a private bedroom and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.After 3 Months: Subsidized rent of €150/month, inclusive of all utilities and expenses (a significant benefit compared to market rates).Join us in Bucharest and play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of the financial system!Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
