Riveron enables executives to make informed decisions by identifying risks and opportunities unique to each transaction.Riveron’s full spectrum of M&A capabilities includes Buy-side Due Diligence, Sell-Side Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Transaction Tax, Lender Services, Integration Services, Opening Balance Sheet & Financial Reporting, and Distressed Transaction Services.Who You AreBachelor’s or Master’s in AccountingMinimum 4 years of relevant transaction experience, including experience analyzing a target company’s quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and cash flowsAdvanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.You have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationshipsYou get the job done and have fun doing itYou thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environmentYou readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutionsYou demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skillsYou enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm eventsYou have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client locationWhat You’ll DoUse financial acumen, including knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, to assist clients on a variety of financial, operational, and tax issues associated with M&A transactionsConduct and review research and analysis of a wide range of financial and accounting issues related to business transactionsAssist in the preparation of quality of earnings and net working capital analyses for buy- and sell-side dealsParticipate in executive management interviews of target companiesDraft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverablesCollaborate with project team to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are metProvide coaching and guidance to junior team membersAbout RiveronAt Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
