As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in launching and leading a high-performing support team — coaching agents, monitoring performance, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for online shoppers. Lead and support a team of customer service agents, ensuring daily operations run smoothly; Monitor team performance, identify trends, and implement improvement plans; Coach and mentor team members to meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals;Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex customer cases;Collaborate with internal departments (QA, WFM, Training) to drive service consistency;Help implement processes, workflows, and engagement strategies as the team grows;Report regularly on team KPIs and contribute to a culture of performance and accountabilityRequirementsHas previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role (preferably in customer service or a contact center);Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred);Understands the dynamics of a fast-paced e-commerce or BPO environment;Proficiency in MS Offices;Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher)Benefits1 month signing bonusCompetitive salaryCafeteriaTeam building and free time activitiesModern office environment in DebrecenTrainings
