A global investment manager is seeking a Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist to join its Luxembourg office. This key hire sits within a high-performing investor services function, supporting a diverse product range spanning alternative strategies, ETFs and Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS vehicles. The position offers broad exposure across investor onboarding, transfer agency oversight and operational governance.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong investor servicing and transfer agency experience who want to step into a sophisticated, fast-paced buy-side environment with significant visibility across the business.Role Responsibilities of the Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist:Deliver an exceptional service experience to prospective and existing investors, responding efficiently to queries and information requests.Coordinate the full account-opening lifecycle, liaising between investors, internal relationship teams and outsourced transfer agents.Lead new investor onboarding, including the negotiation and execution of legal agreements and completion of all AML/KYC requirements.Monitor ongoing investor transactions, ensuring smooth communication with internal operations, legal, tax and product teams.Support the calculation and reporting of distribution fees to intermediaries, ensuring accuracy and process adherence.Oversee transfer agency service delivery, ensuring robust operational controls across alternative funds, ETFs and Luxembourg fund structures.Act as a subject-matter expert on business initiatives and contribute to cross-border projects.Produce clear process documentation and data reports for regulatory or internal use.The Transfer Agency Oversight Specialist will meet the following criteria:5+ years’ experience in asset management, with strong Luxembourg funds knowledge.Strong transfer agency oversight or investor support background, including solid AML/KYC knowledge.Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a client-first mindset.Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is advantageous.The company offers clear career progression, a collaborative working culture and competitive employee benefits.If you are a transfer agency oversight professional and are interested in hearing more, please apply with your CV.
