We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Transformation Business Analyst.In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic projects, provide financial insights, and develop executive-level presentations to support delivering EBIT uplift for the Americas business unit of Autoliv.Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:Strategic Analysis & PlanningConduct comprehensive business analysis to identify transformation opportunities and areas for operational improvementPerform detailed financial analysis including cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and financial impact assessments for transformation initiativesAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-makingSupport the development and execution of transformation roadmaps and strategic plansExecutive Communication & ReportingPrepare high-quality executive presentation materials for C-suite and board-level audiencesDevelop compelling business cases and recommendations supported by data-driven insightsCreate dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track transformation progress and key performance indicatorsFacilitate executive meetings and workshops to drive alignment on transformation prioritiesProject Support & ImplementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation initiativesSupport change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation projectsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, recommending adjustments as neededCoordinate with various departments to ensure successful project delivery and adoptionAnd If You Have/areBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field (Advanced degree preferred – MBA or equivalent)English is essential and Spanish would be helpful with BCC activities.3+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, FP&A or 1-2 years of experience in transformation consulting or private equityThen we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.The role will be fully remote, working with our colleagues from Autoliv Americas.
